Others may feel like they are on a roller coaster, are overwhelmed and find that their day to day life is affected. Your ability to cope can change over time as well. It is normal to be wondering, “what happened? I used to be able to handle this”.
I help people move forward by providing strategies and coping skills to make progress towards their goals, whether to worry less or have more work/life balance. I can help you to improve the quality of your relationships, move your towards participating in activities that you may have given up, or maybe pursue goals that you feel are unattainable due to emotions taking over. You likely already have the answers within you, you just need someone to help you to discover your strengths and help you to see you situation from a different perspective.
